PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MARKETER (2 POSITIONS)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:

A Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.  A degree/ diploma in real estate or property management is an added advantage.

  • Experience:

At least two years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management sector is required. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is also beneficial.

  • Marketing Skills:

Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans, conduct market research, and analyze marketing campaign performance.

  • Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing materials, engaging with potential tenants, and building relationships with property owners.

  • Real Estate Knowledge:

A good understanding of the real estate market, property management principles, and local laws and regulations.

  • Property Management Knowledge:

Familiarity with property management software and financial analysis tools.

  • Other Skills:

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Strategies:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.

  • Property Promotion:

Creating marketing materials (online and offline), managing property listings, and showcasing properties to potential tenants.

  • Tenant Management:

Handling tenant inquiries, lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns.

  • Relationship Building:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.

  • Market Analysis:

Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies.

  • Performance Measurement:

Tracking marketing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

  • Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to property management and marketing.
